At Emirates Oud, we strive for complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the unused fragrance bottle in its original velvet-lined box and protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Verification

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package at any authorized courier location; our team will inspect the item upon arrival to ensure it meets quality standards.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, excluding any initial shipping fees.
